Our neck pillows are long and slender, perfect for sitting on your shoulders while you relax. Our pillows are filled with flaxseed, which help hold in the heat.

Warm neck or tummy pillow in microwave for 1 minute. Shake pillow, then warm for another 45 seconds to 1 minute until desired temperature

May also be heated in slow cooker/crock pot on warm/low setting

Store in the freezer to use as an ice pack
