On-line Orders and Goods Shipped Out
Goods that are ordered online must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date through livechic.ca online store for a merchandise exchange or refund.
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted at the campus store. Why? It has to do with the accounting practices at Fanshawe College. The sales of livechic.ca are separate from our physical Live Chic store.
Note: If the customer wishes to return the merchandise it is at their expense and the parcel must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date, the original receipt included (required), tags must be intact, products unused, and must be in its’ original new condition. Consistent with health and hygienic practices, clothing that has been worn or washed cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Returns are as easy as 1,2,3...
- Repackage the products you wish to return;
- Securely attached the return address label to the outside of the package;
- Ship the package back to us. Customer pays for the shipping cost.
Defective items will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of shipment date. Defective items must be returned through the online store. All efforts will be made to satisfy a reasonable request of exchange.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original purchase through Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
