RETURN POLICY

Online Orders & Returns Policy

Items ordered online must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date via livechic.ca for an exchange or refund. No returns or exchanges are accepted at the campus store due to separate accounting for livechic.ca.

Return Requirements:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original condition.
  • Include the original receipt.
  • Worn or washed items cannot be returned.

Steps to Return:

  1. Repackage the items.
  2. Attach the return label.
  3. Ship it back (customer pays shipping).

Defective Items:
Defective items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days through livechic.ca.

Refund Method:
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).
